Thousands of Muslims are about to stress test social cohesion in a Suffolk village

A three-day Islamic gathering (ijtema) of thousands of people is scheduled to take place in the village of Barham in Suffolk.

As well as being impractical, it will do more harm than good when it comes to social cohesion in England.
